Planning sought from Donegal County Council for Killybegs houses

Proposed site in Killybegs

Planning permission from Donegal County Council has been sought for the construction of three residential dwellings in Killybegs.

Proposals for the three properties include connection to public mains services and associated site development works.

Cashelcummin, Killybegs, is the proposed location for the properties, with the site just off Conlin Road, adjacent to St Catherine's Football Club.

It was written that the applicants’ father was the owner of the land, and the applicants were seeking to build their dwelling on this site. 

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for January 3, 2026, for the submitted planning application.
