The Polestar in Letterkenny shone bright in county colours at the official switching on of the roundabout’s new lights last night.

Letterkenny councillor Donal ‘Mandy’ Kelly, who was in attendance at the official launch, shared: “I was delighted to attend the official switching on of the new lights on the Polestar roundabout last night by our Mayor of Letterkenny Milford Municipal District Cllr Ciaran Brogan.

“These lights were funded as part of the 2024 Minor Tourism fund. The lights can be made different colours to suit events and it's only fitting the week that's in it to have the County colours on. Well done to Donegal County Council and all involved in securing these funds. I must say it looks unreal.”
