Birdwatching as an interest costs little and provides a healthy and enjoyable way to de-stress. For those who would like to take up birdwatching and need help to get started, or for those already involved who would like to learn more, the Donegal branch of Birdwatch Ireland has organised a special evening for beginners.

Experts will be at hand to provide information on how to get started, places to go, and organised outings that are available. There will be talks on how to identify common birds, how to feed them in Winter, how to make and put up nest-boxes and so on. Individuals, families, and children are welcome. Admission is free.

Come along to the County Museum, High Road, Letterkenny at 8 pm on Thursday March 15th. Meet other birdwatchers and learn all about this exciting activity.
