Anyone with an interest in drama and a story to tell is invited to a free workshop in Ballyshannon tomorrow.
The workhop, presented by Smashing Times Theatre Company, will use theatre games and exercises to help people share their memories and experiences of living in a border county.
The workshop takes place in the Abbey Arts Centre, Ballyshannon this Sunday, September 29, 10.30am-5pm.
No experience of drama or storytelling is necessary and the workshops are free and open to all.
This event is part of The Memory Project which is run by Smashing Times Theatre Company in partnership with Corrymeela Community, Highwire Productions and in association with CAIN (Conflict Archive on the Internet) and the University of Ulster INCORE International Conflict Research Institute.
As part of this project they are making a television documentary about their work. The television crew will film part of the workshop and may talk to some participants but the organisers will accommodate anyone who may not wish to be filmed.
This workshop is free but places are limited so please book by calling 01-865 6613 or emailing email@example.com.
