This Thursday, October 3, a real treat is in store as Niamh Dunne, Sean óg Graham and Donagh Hennessy play McIntyre’s bar, Dunkineely.
The trio ar on tour promoting Dunne’s debut solo album, Portraits, which is garnering widespread critical acclaim.
Dunne and Granham are both members of Irish supergroup Beoga, while Hennessy has played with some of the best-known bands in Irish music, including Lumiere and Lunasa.
The gig is presented by Coite Chúltútha Dhún Cheann Fhaolaidh and Donegal Arts office as part of The Bluestacks Festival 2013. Committee member Declan McIntyre is confident of a good night. “We are really excited to have Niamh, Sean and Donogh coming to Dunkineely. They are top musicians and it’s sure to be a brilliant night with class music”.
