Donegal Town kickboxer Nicol Pojawa has been crowned double ISKA Irish Open champion following a standout weekend at the SETU Arena in Waterford.

Competing across two divisions, Pojawa secured gold in both categories. She first edged a tough three-round bout against an opponent from England before sealing her second title with a first-round stoppage.

She will now turn her attention to the World Championships in Madrid, where she will represent for the third consecutive year.
