Sip&Slice in Ramelton will be relocating after deciding to sell their premises on the Shore Road.
Famed for their authentic pizzas, toasties, salads and coffee, Nicky and Amy O'Hanlon posted an update to their customers on social media.

"The time has come to tell you about what is going on," they wrote. "As most of you know, we had applied for planning on the building where Sip&Slice is situated, and planning was approved, which left us with a difficult decision to sell the premises or not. After long conversations and decisions, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close our doors and sell up.
"This does not mean it is the end of Sip&Slice. We are currently looking at new locations. This is the end for now … Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us over the past five years - without you, none of this was ever possible, so thank you again."
