Council receives planning application for 16 Dunfanaghy properties
Donegal County Council announces decision due date for application for the end of October
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the erection of 16 properties in Dunfanaghy.
The listed applicant, Tease Construction Ltd, a company based in Kilmacrennan, submitted the application for the construction of 16 housing units, along with the installation of a wastewater primary treatment system, and all other associated site development works.
Proposals for the properties include four two-bedroom dwellings, six four-bedroom dwellings, and six five-bedroom dwellings.
Donegal County Council announced a decision due date for the submitted planning application for October 27.
