Gardai have launched a probe into the alleged assault of two men in west Donegal on Sunday night.
Two men were injured and received medical treatment following the incident in the Loughanure area.
Gardai have confirmed that they are investigating the matter, which is alleged to have occurred at around 9.15pm on October 22.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Two men, both aged in their 30s, later received medical treatment following the incident.”
The spokesperson said that while no arrests have been made, investigations are ‘ongoing’.
