A hunt is underway for a black Audi involved in the incident
Police in Derry are on the hunt for a car that fled across the border into Donegal.
The black Audi was involved in what has been described as a “road related incident” in Derry at around 9.45pm.
The PSNI is appealing for witnesses after the vehicle failed to stop for police on William Street when it flagged as uninsured.
The car travelled onto Lone Moor Road and the Letterkenny Road.
Officers deployed a stinger, but the car mounted the footpath and also collided with another vehicle, causing damage to the paintwork and a tyre.
The car sped across the border into Donegal following the incident.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “As enquiries continue to locate the driver and the vehicle, we appeal to anyone with relevant dash cam footage or anyone who witnessed what occurred to call 101, quoting reference 1791 of 23/04/25.
