Gardaí in Letterkenny are asking for dash-cam users to make their footage available
Gardaí are on the lookout for a young man who made off with an electric bike in Letterkenny.
A lady had parked her black DYU electric bike at the back of her place of work on April 22, and it was stolen from there shortly before 1.20pm. CCTV has been viewed by An Garda Siochana and a male youth wearing a black puffer jacket can be seen leaving the area on the bike.

“If anyone travelled in the area of the Station roundabout, the Port Road or Letterkenny Shopping Centre with a dash-cam between 1pm and 1.45pm on that date, we ask them to make the footage available to Gardaí,” a spokesperson said. “If anyone can assist with relevant information, they are asked to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100. Should anyone come across a similar type of electric bike for sale on a second-hand basis, we ask them to alert us.”
