A driver fled the scene on foot following a two-vehicle collision in East Donegal.
The road traffic collision occurred at Castruse, Carrigans, shortly before midnight last Friday.
The driver and passenger of one of the cars remained at the scene - they did not sustain injuries. The driver of the other car immediately left the scene on foot.
“We appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to make contact with gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100,” Garda Shaun Sweeney said. “If anyone travelled in that area with a dash-cam between 11:30pm on Friday, July 25 and 00:30am on Saturday, July 26, we ask them to please make the footage available to us.”
