The driver was arrested in Donegal last night

A motorist was arrested after being caught speeding twice in one hour in Donegal last night.

The driver was detected by Buncrana Roads Policing Unit travelling at 90KPH in a 60KPH zone. A Fixed Charge Penalty Notice was issued to the driver.

“Unbelievably, less than an hour later they detected the same vehicle being driven at 174KPH in an 80KPH speed zone,” shared An Garda Síochana Donegal.

“The driver was arrested and charged to appear in Court. The vehicle was seized and the owner will have to apply to the District Court Judge to get it back. Slow Down.”
