Gardaí arrested the driver in the Gaoth Dobhair area
An unaccompanied learner driver was arrested in Donegal on Wednesday night.
Milford Roads Policing Unit arrested the driver on suspicion of drink driving in the Gaoth Dobhair area.
The vehicle was also seized as it was missing tax, NCT and insurance.
