Gardaí will be out in force on Donegal roads this Easter Bank Holiday weekend
There will be a high presence of gardaí on Donegal roads this Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
Gardaí will operate patrols and checkpoints across the Donegal Division and are appealing to everyone to drive safely.
Garda Gráinne Doherty said: “Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, slow down and wear your seatbelt. As we are all aware, the results of drink/ drug driving and/ or speed can be devastating. Leave your mobile phone well out of reach when driving. Never take unnecessary risks on the roads.”
