Death notices for Donegal on Sunday morning

Mary Farrelly, Kilkenny and Buncrara
The death has taken place of Mary Farrelly née Doherty, 7 Castle Avenue, Thomastown, County Kilkenny and formerly of Kinnogo, Buncrana. She passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family in her 92nd year.
Predeceased by her husband Andy and her brothers and sisters, she is sadly missed by her daughter Anne (Dowling), grandsons Peter, Liam, Colm and Kieran, great grandchildren Cara, Kayla, Niamh, and Rory, brother Phil, sisters Bridget and Sadie, brothers-in-law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews extended family, neighbours and friends.
Her remains are reposing at her residence from 12 noon to 7pm on Sunday, pausing for Rosary and vigil prayers at 6.30pm.
Arriving for Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am in the Church of the Assumption Thomastown, followed by burial in St Mary's New cemetery, Thomastown Co Kilkenny.
Beattie Doherty, Convoy
The peaceful death has taken place of Beattie (Beatrice) Doherty, 343 Milltown, Convoy, F93AOXH. She passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her late husband Joe and son Edwin, Beattie will be forever loved and cherished by her daughters, Laura (Charlie), Bea (Davie), Carmel (Robert), Amanda (Grenville) Mena (Martin), daughter-in-law Diane, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, the extended family and her many friends.
Reposing of her remains continues at her home on Sunday from 11am.
Removal from her home on Monday at 10.45am going to St Mary’s Church Convoy for 11am Funeral Mass followed by burial in the old graveyard. Family time please on the morning of the funeral.
Kathleen Crawford, Castlefin
The death has taken place peacefully at home, of Kathleen Crawford, née Mc Hugh, The Raws, Castlefin, Donegal, F93 W449.
Beloved wife of the late Eddie, loving sister of the late Eamon (New York), P.J. (London) and Rita (London). Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by Stephen, Claire, Aoife, Ciara and entire family circle.
Her remains are reposing at her late home.
Funeral from there on Sunday at 12.30 pm for Requiem Mass at 1pm in St Mary’s Church, Castlefin. Interment will take place afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Castlefin.
Connell Russell, Kilmacernnan
The death has taken place peacefully, in Ramelton Community Hospital of Connell Russell, Tawney, Kilmacrennan.
Deeply regretted by his brother Eddie, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, he is predeceased by his sisters Martha, May, Sarah and Madge and his brothers Jimmy, Johnny, Kevin and Patsy.
His remains are reposing at the residence of his niece Josephine Russell and Peter O’Donnell, Drumaboden, Kilmacrennan, F92 E3H6.
Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11am in St, Columba’s Church, Kilmacrennan with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mass can be viewed on Church Services TV St Columba’s Church Kilmacrennan.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Ramelton Community Hospital Patients’ Comfort Fund, c/o any family member.
Teddy Mc Glinchey, Newtowncunningham
The death has taken place of Teddy McGlinchey, 486 Colehill Park, Newtowncunningham, Donegal, F93 RYN1. He passed away peacefully in the caring hands of the staff in Saint Joseph's Hospital Stranorlar.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Majella and baby granddaughter Jane; loving father to Marie, Pauline, Shaun, sons-in-law and daughter-in-law; fondly remembered by his brother Fintan and sister Bridie, 10 cherished grandchildren, extended family members, good neighbors and many friends.
Teddy's remains are reposing at his late residence. Family time please from 10pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral from there on Sunday morning for Requiem Mass in All Saints Church Newtoncunnigham at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
