Carrick Sheltered Housing and Day Centre and inset Rose Byrne and Eric Byrne
Kilcar will host two memorial events on the same day.
An open day in memory of the late Rose Byrne of Roxborough featuring a raffle, face painting, storytelling, a cake sale and live music. Followed by a charity car show in memory of the late Eric Byrne.
Both events are scheduled to take place at Carrick Sheltered Housing and Day Centre on Saturday, October 11.
To attend the first annual memorial run, registration is at 12pm at Carrick Sheltered Housing Reception and the run will commence at 1pm. The open day will begin at 2pm and run until 5:30pm. Funds raised will be divided between Carrick Sheltered Housing and Carrick Day Centre.
