ALDI Donegal Town Store Manager celebrates 20 years with the supermarket

ALDI is pleased to announce that its Donegal Town Store Manager, Renata Liubertiene, is celebrating her 20-year work anniversary with the business.

Lithuanian native Renata joined ALDI’s Belgard Road, Dublin store in 2005 as a Stock Assistant. She was initially attracted to ALDI’s reputation as a leading discounter with opportunities for career progression. Renata received multiple promotions throughout her time at ALDI: from Store Assistant to Deputy Manager, then Assistant Store Manager and eventually, to her current role as Store Manager.

Renata is committed to creating a positive and efficient work environment that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and growth. Renata believes that setting clear expectations, providing feedback and motivating her team helps them to advance their careers within ALDI. As Store Manager at ALDI’s Donegal Town store, Renata prioritises a healthy work-life balance for employees, recognising that happy and well-rested staff are more productive and engaged at work. 

Commenting on her work anniversary, Renata said: “This long-service award means a lot to me and recognises my long-term commitment, hard work and loyalty to ALDI. In 2005, I applied to work at ALDI because it offers great career opportunities, as well as ongoing training, mentorship and coaching to help colleagues reach their full potential. I am proud to lead my team and contribute to the success of the Donegal Town store.”
