A Ballyshannon man charged with allegedly being drunk in charge of a child under seven years,had his case adjourned until January.Before Ballyshannon District Court,Denis Reid (29) with an address at East Rock Ballyshannon had five separate charges against him,namely that on the 27th September at East Rock Ballyshannon, he did allegedly cause an obstruction.On the same date at East Rock Ballyshannon did did allegedly commit an assault,and allegedly used threatening/abusive/ insulting behaviour in a public place.On the 15th October at 16 St Bridget's Terrace Bundoran,he was allegedly drunk in charge of a child under seven years. On this date also at St Bridget's Terrace Bundoran,he was allegedly intoxicated in a public place. Judge Mary Devins adjourned the charges until the court sitting of January next year.
