Most New Year resolutions work-related
Almost half of New Year resolutions are work related according to a new survey from IrishJobs.ie, Ireland's number one recruitment website. The latest survey reflects a predominantly positive and confident attitude to work with a drive to move careers forward.
43 per cent of respondents told IrishJobs.ie that their main New Year resolution for the year ahead was work related. Fitness/diet related resolutions were made by 35 per cent, while 16 per cent of resolutions made were family related and 6 per cent were money related.
More than one third claimed that they intend to find a more challenging job in 2011 with one in five telling the top recruitment website they are planning to upskill.
