Letterkenny undertaker appointed Commissioner of Oaths

Letterkenny undertaker Pascal Blake has been appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths.

Letterkenny undertaker Pascal Blake has been appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths.

The 53 year old native of the town applied for the position last year and received confirmation of his appointment from the Chief Justice, John L. Murray which was ratified following a nine month process.

Apart from his work as a funeral director, Mr. Blake is also a member of the End of Life Care Committee and is a registered nurse. He also serves as a Peace Commissioner in the town.

“I’m very pleased with the appointment as Commissioner of Oaths,” he said yesterday.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
