There were emotional scenes as the parents of the victim of the fatal shooting in Derry this morning visited the scene.
They comforted each other near the spot where their 36 year-old son Barry McCrory was murdered at 11 a.m. earlier today.
The couple were briefed by police in a squad car at the top of Shipquay Street shortly after they arrived and remained at the scene for around 20 minutes. The victim was shot dead in an upstairs flat.
