A man caught drug-driving in Letterkenny has been put off the road.
On May 2, 2021, Garda Paddy Ryan observed Daniel Nowakowski at Killyclug, Letterkenny.
Nowakowski was stopped and Garda Ryan formed the opinion that he was driving under the influence of an intoxicant.
