Bluestack Veterinary Clinic seeks go-ahead for new Ballybofey base

There are plans to open a new veterinary clinic in Ballybofey.

Bluestack Veterinary Clinic have sought permission from Donegal County Council.

The company is seeking to turn a 58 square metre retail unit at Glenview Business Park into a veterinary clinic. The planning application includes new shop frontage signage.

The local authority says a decision will be made by November 19, 2023.

John and Kathryn McAloon moved back to Donegal and set up the Bluestack Veterinary Clinic in Drumlonagher, Donegal Town, in 2021.

Their purpose built state-of-the-art surgery in Donegal has been a big success and has a full surgical suite, digital radiography, ultrasonography, dentistry, in-house blood machines and a full laboratory.
