Glenswiilly 1-12
Gaoth Dobhair are finally off the mark in Division 1 of the All-County League after a win over Glenswilly in Magheragallon on Saturday, with Ethan Harkin scoring nine points.
After three defeats in their three opening games, Ronan Mac Niallias’ men needed to stem the tide and they did so in impressive fashion with the wind at their backs.
Glenswilly had shaded the first-half exchanges and led 0-8 to 1-3 at the break with Seaghán Ferry scored the only first-half goal and Kealan Dunleavy showing well for Glenswilly with four points in all. However, Dunleavy would go off injured 10 minutes into the second half.
