With St Naul's failing to field against Aodh Ruadh, Dungloe took advantage of the Ballyshannon men being left idle as their landslide win over Bundoran saw them go top of Division 2

Dungloe maintained their push for promotion with a comfortable win over Bundoran in Rosses Park.

Ryan Sweeney marked his first start of the season since last year’s county final with a goal and three points.

Luke Clerkin, Barry Curran, Cianan McDaid, Daniel Ward, Patrick O’Donnell and Darren Curran also scored for the locals who led 0-7 to 0-1 at half-time.

Oisin Walsh, Ryan McGloin, Kyle McNulty and Johnny Boyle scored for Bundoran who were under the cosh for most of the 60-plus minutes.

The win sees Dungloe move to the top of the Division 2 table, three points ahead of second-placed Aodh Ruadh with one more game played.

 Bundoran remained in 11th place in the table.
