Shane O'Donnell and Donegal now take on Meath on Sunday, July 13, in the All-Ireland SFC semi-final at Croke Park
Donegal's Shane O'Donnell has been nominated for the PwC GAA Football Player of the Month for June.
The St Eunan's forward has helped Donegal to the All-Ireland SFC semi-final and was man of the match in the 1-26 to 1-20 quarter-final win over Monaghan.

O'Donnell joins Jordan Morris from Meath and Kerry's David Clifford on the shortlist. Previously in the month, O'Donnell and Donegal were winners against Cavan and Mayo, before defeating Louth 2-22 to 0-12 in the All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final. The side managed by Jim McGuinness now take on Meath on Sunday, July 13, in the All-Ireland SFC semi-final at Croke Park.
