Loughmacrory celebrate with the Tyrone SFC and, inset, Luke Barrett
Loughmacrory St Teresa's won their first ever Tyrone Senior Football Championship title against Trillick St Macartan's by a score of 0-18 to 2-11 in Healy Park on Sunday.
The side, coached by former Donegal coach and Milford native Luke Barrett, were playing their first ever senior final against a Trillick side in their third final in-a-row.
Tyrone county and Under-20 star Eoin McElholm played a huge part in the win as he scored four points, while his fellow All-Ireland U20 winning teammate Ruairi McCullagh hit six points.
Loughmacrory led by 0-12 to 1-6 at the end of an entertaining first half, and three Cathal Donnelly points after the restart helped to nullify the hit of a second Ciaran Daly goal.

And with the sides level with 60 minutes on the clock, Richie Donnelly’s late point was the final score of the match, which gave the Loughmacrory side a famous first title.
The Tyrone champions will face Down champions Kilcoo in the quarter-final of the Ulster club championship in Healy Park on Saturday, November 8.
Barrett was part of the coaching ticket at Loughmacrory for the first year this season.
Last month, Barrett was confirmed to have stepped away from the position as coach and selector of the Donegal county team to undertake a Masters in Skill Acquisition in Sport at Munster Technological University (MUT).
