The Ballintra native, and former Naomh Brid man, replaces Damian Devaney, who recently stepped away from the Pearse Memorial Park hotseat.
Walsh was part of Devaney’s backroom team last term with the latter now back with his home club MacCumhaills.
A statement on Ardara’s social media read: “The following management teams were ratified at tonight's senior board meeting.
“Senior Team manager Clint Walsh. Backroom team Donal Martin Paul Mc Clean and Joe Mc Loughlin
“Development team manager JP Whyte backroom team Kevin Breslin Joe Doherty
U21 Adrian Brennan and David Henningan.
“We wish all our senior mens management and players best wishes for 2026.”
