Michael Langan has been nominated for the GAA.ie Player of the Week after Donegal’s win over Dublin in Croke Park.
The 2025 All-Star winner was named Man of the Match in the 1-20 to 0-20 win over the Dubs on Saturday evening, kicking six points, including two superb two-pointers in wet conditions.
And Young Player of the Year Finnbarr Roarty has continued his fine form into 2026 as the Naomh Conaill man made a few brilliant interceptions, also getting a point for his side.
St Michael’s man Langan is up for Player of the Week alongside Kerry’s Tomás Kennedy and Armagh’s Conor Turbitt.

Kennedy finished with 1-3 for the All-Ireland champions, including the winning score on the hooter, which saw them defeat Roscommon.
And Turbitt was in fine form as Armagh easily disposed of Monaghan, also kicking six points in the ten-point win in Clones.
Players of the Week are decided based on votes cast by followers of the Official GAA Instagram page.
