Goalkeeper Gavin Mulreany is in line for his first appearance for Donegal’s seniors in Dr McKenna Cup fixture against Monaghan at MacCumhaill Park tomorrow night.

The St Naul’s goalkeeper, who was an Ulster minor championship winner in 2016 under Shaun Paul Barrett, played SSE Airtricity League Premier Division last season and has been named by Paddy Carr to start tomorrow. Naomh Columba’s Philip Doherty, St Eunan’s Kieran Tobin, Milford defender Dylan Dorrian and Kealan Dunleavy from Glenswilly are part of the panel for the first time.

Down beat Donegal 2-14 to 1-10 on Sunday, with nine new faces making their first senior appearances - Domhnall Mac Giolla Bhride, Luke McGlynn, Jack McSharry, Joel Bradley Walsh, Kane Barrett, Brian O'Donnell, John Ross Molloy, Hugh O’Donnell and Johnny McGroddy.
