PCC retained the MacLarnon Cup in a thrilling final played at Claudy, Co Derry, with just a point between the sides. The big guns from Killybegs, the Cunninghams and Barry McGowan, had moved on but Peter Dillon, Paddy Kelly, Terence Gallagher, Johnny Kelly and John McGuinness were still there.
