Half-time Donegal 0-10 Tyrone 0-9
35mins - Donegal 0-10 Tyrone 0-9
A final free from Darren McCurry levels the match for the second time in the match. That looks like it's going to bring the half to an end, but one final charge from Donegal sees Ciaran Moore driving through the heart of the Donegal defense to lay it off to Oisin Gallen who lands his fourth point of the afternoon to end the first half
33mins - Donegal 0-9 Tyrone 0-8
Both sides trade points with Oisin Gallen firstly hitting over his second free on the edge of the 'D', before a foul on Darren McCurry resulted in the corner-forward to slot over on the 21-metre line from a free
29mins - Donegal 0-8 Tyrone 0-7
Tyrone refuse to give in and with five minutes left in the half, they make it a one-point game with Sean O'Donnell landing his name on the scoresheet from long range. Ciaran Thompson had a chance to extend Donegal's lead with a fine goal chance deep inside, but fired wide on a tight angle
26mins - Donegal 0-8 Tyrone 0-6

Kieran McGeary puts his name on the scoreboard with a long-ranged point under serious pressure. Some fine shooting here in MacCumhaill Park
21mins - Donegal 0-7 Tyrone 0-4

McBrearty finds his range to put three points between the sides. Donegal are cruising at this moment in time.

Patrick McBrearty is turned over, leaving Donegal exposed in defense. Darragh Canavan drives at goal in a 2-on-1 situation but blasts wide - scoreline stays the same.
17mins - Donegal 0-5 Tyrone 0-3
Eoghan Bán Gallagher brings the scoreline back to a two-point margin - the Killybegs man kicks over off his left with ease at the edge of the 'D', Donegal starting to find scores easier than the Red Hand County, while Tyrone have nailed too many shots wide early on
14mins - Donegal 0-4 Tyrone 0-3
Following a 30-metre free missed by Darren McCurry, Peadar Mogan extends Donegal's lead, but Tyrone immediately charge up the field to get one back, as Darren McCurry nails over his second point of the afternoon
11mins - Donegal 0-3 Tyrone 0-2
Oisin Gallen gives his side the lead after Donegal held the ball for a significant length of time, the MacCumhaill's man, in his own backyard, gives Donegal the advantage as they lead by one point

Ciaran Thompson levels the match for the first time in the match. The Naomh Conaill man drove like a train through the Tyrone defenders to kick over off the left in front of the goals.

First Donegal point from Jason McGee under no pressure after Oisin Gallen and Caolan McGonagle breaks the Tyrone defensive line to leave it for McGee to slot over

Two goal chances missed by Donegal with Daire Ó Baoill's shot getting blocked while Eoghan Bán Gallagher's fisted effort across the goal was stopped on the line

Darren McCurry slots over for Tyrone to extend his side's lead. Nice start for Brian Dooher's side

Darragh Canavan gets his side off the mark with free from the full-forward on the 13-metre line
Hello, and you're all very welcome to MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey for this round-robin clash between Donegal and Tyrone. These sides met a month ago in the Ulster semi-final in Celtic Park with Jim McGuinness's side prevailing on the day after extra-time on a scoreline of 0-18 to 0-16 points.
Tyrone has had time to regroup and refocus, while Donegal on the other hand has been on cloud nine following their Ulster final victory over Armagh two weeks ago.
The Anglo Celt Cup has very much been put to one side as Donegal hopes to advance out of Group 3 in this All-Ireland series with three massive games against Tyrone, Cork, and Clare.
Shaun Patton is the only change to the starting XV that day in Celtic Park, with the St Eunan’s man returning from injury to replace Gavin Muleany for the Ulster final.
This will be the third meeting between Donegal and Tyrone this season, with Jim McGuinness's side overcoming Brian Dooher’s team on both occasions.
This will be the sixth championship meeting between Donegal and Tyrone in MacCumhaill Park in the last 11 years with Donegal prevailing on three occasions. However, the last time these two sides met in Ballybofey in the championship was last season in the All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final, which Tyrone won on a scoreline of 1-18 to 0-13 points.
The team captain Patrick McBrearty makes his return to the starting XV in the corner-forward position, while Eoghan Bán Gallagher, who was not due to start today against Tyrone, maintains his place, coming in for Mark Curran at corner-back.
The teams are as follows:
Donegal team: Shaun Patton; Eoghan Bán Gallagher, Brendan McCole, Ciaran Moore; Ryan McHugh, Caolan McGonagle, Peadar Mogan; Jason McGee, Michael Langan; Shane O’Donnell, Ciarán Thompson, Daire Ó Baoill; Patrick McBrearty, Oisin Gallen, Niall O’Donnell.
Tyrone team: Niall Morgan; Niall Devlin, Padraig Hampsey, Michael McKernan; Ben Cullen, Matthew Donnelly, Kieran McGeary; Brian Kennedy, Conn Kilpatrick; Ciaran Daly, Michael O’Neill, Sean O’Donnell; Darren McCurry, Darragh Canavan, Ruairí Canavan.
