Niall Dunne was manager of Realt na Mara this year
Niall Dunne has stood down as Realt na Mara manager after one season in charge.
The Seasiders were relegated to Division 2 after only landing one victory in the league, while they were also eliminated from the Intermediate football championship at the quarter-final stages after losing out to finalist Naomh Columba who hit three goals past the Bundoran side on a 3-6 to 1-7 win.
This was Dunne's second tenure as senior manager having previously been in the role during the 2019 season.
Taking to social media, the Realt na Mara club thanked the outgoing management team for their work all season by saying:
"The Club Executive would like to express our sincere thanks to outgoing senior team manager Niall Dunne and his fellow mentors for their dedication and commitment over the past season.
"Expressions of interest are now being sought for the position of Realt na Mara GAA Club Senior Team Football Manager for the 2025 season.
"Interested applicants should include a detailed description of their management experience, knowledge, and expertise. The Appointted Sub Committee is expecting to process applications that fulfill the required criteria at the earliest opportunity."
