Conor Cunningham with his son Cillian when Kilcar won the 2017 All-County League title
Kilcar have announced that Conor Cunningham will manage their senior side for 2022.
The Towney-based club held an executive meeting last night and Cunningham, a Letterkenny-based Garda, was ratified.
Last year, under the stewardship of John McNulty, Kilcar reached the semi-finals of the Donegal SFC, where they went down to Naomh Conaill at O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny, having lost to the same side in the deferred 2020 final.
Cunningham won the 2017 All-County League Division 1 title with Kilcar and managed their reserves and under-21’s from 2018 to 2021.
