Cloughaneely have announced Denis Doohan as their senior team manager.
Michael Lynch departed the role having been six years at the helm, taking the Falcarragh-based club to Division 1 of the All-County Football League and into the Donegal SFC, having won the 2021 IFC following a replayed final win over Dungloe.
“We are pleased to announce that Denis Doohan has been appointed as senior team manager,” read a club statement.
“Denis is a former player who served the club loyally over the years, being captain for some of them years. He then moved on to managerial, coaching and administrative positions within the club and there aren't many teams in the club that Denis hasn't been involved with at some point during that period. We congratulate him on his appointment and wish him, his backroom team and all the players the best of luck.”
