Former Donegal goalkeeper Michael Boyle has joined the management team with London’s footballers - overseeing a significant contingent from the county with the Exiles.

Termon clubman Boyle was substitute goalkeeper behind Paul Durcan when Donegal won Sam Maguire in 2012.

Last season he managed North London Shamrocks and coached Gaoth Dobhair to victory in both the Donegal SFC and Ulster Club SFC back in 2018. London will compete in Division 4 of the Allianz League and welcome Sligo in the Connachy SFC quarter-final in April. London finished fifth in Division 4 in 2022, with three wins from their seven outings.

Nathan McElwaine from Termon, Fionn Gallagher of Naomh Columba, Gaeil Fhánada’s Conor McGonigle, Joseph McGill from St Mary’s Convoy and Naomh Colmcille’s Daniel Clarke have all been training with the London county panel ahead of their league opener in Wexford next month.

Manager Michael Maher has also the additions of former Kerry player  Kevin McCarthy and former Derry captain Enda Lynn.
