Proceeds raised from the sale of “My Donegal” calendars were donated to Gemma's Legacy of Hope and to the Donegal Hospice.
“My Donegal” was launched in memory of the late Maria Gallagher Keadue, formerly of Dunmore, Galway. Maria was a photographer and a member of both the Burtonport Variety Group and the local Scór Group of CLG An Clochan Liath.
The calendars in memory of Maria were priced at €10 and distributed around the locality. The sale raised a total amount of €7,210 and as a result of this, cheques were presented to Gemma's Legacy of Hope and to the Donegal Hospice.
