The Lettermacaward Green project is scheduled to be completed by April.
The contractor has been appointed and the works have commenced. “I was delighted to see this project get underway on the Lettermacaward Green area,” Sinn Féin Councillor Brian Carr said. “This space will become a wonderful public amenity for the village and a focal point for the community.
“A massive well done to the Lettermacaward Development for all their hard work to keep going to bringing their original idea to life. Every community needs a dedicated group like this to help progress important local projects.”

Lettermacaward Development Group are leading the project, which recently secured €50,000 in Clár funding. The group previously secured DFI and Minor Tourism funding, as well as Donegal Sports Partnership and Donegal County Council.
