Planning permission has been applied for in Ballyshannon for the development of six dwelling house units.

Donegal County Council received the application for the development, which is planned for a site next to Station Road in Ballyshannon, near the N15.  The development would have a connection to public sewer and storm systems, as well as all associated site development works.

All of the houses built in the development are planned to be three-bed properties, and 12 car parking spaces would be provided. 

Planning was submitted on June 25, and a decision date is due on August 19.
