Donegal County Council receives planning application for Kilcar apartments

Planning permission has been sought for apartments for Kilcar

Planning has been sought from Donegal County Council for two new apartments in the centre of Kilcar.

The application, which has been submitted by Paul and Aisling Boyle, is for the change of use of existing premises into two self-contained apartments with connection to the public sewerage system, and all associated site development works at Keenaghan, Kilcar.

O’Gara’s Public Bar would be situated opposite the planned apartments in Kilcar, near a crossroads on Main Street, Carrick Road, and Towney Road. 

Donegal County Council has yet to provide a decision due date for the planning permission application.
