Fashion designer, Sarah Gallagher
Sarah Gallagher of ‘Sarah Lorraine’ in Bunbeg is putting on an exclusive Autumn Winter fashion show in Annagry, with some of the proceeds going to the Irish Lifeboat Association.
The Fashion Show will be hosted at Danny Minnie’s Country House in Annagry, on November 8, and will be a unique celebration of Irish fashion, fine dining and Donegal craftsmanship with a Parisian twist, where the models will walk through the tables while guests enjoy a three-course meal.
Designs will be made by Sarah Gallagher, who is renowned for her utilitarian designs which are cosy and sustainable, using the best of natural fabrics like wool, cashmere and tweeds.
Sarah said: “I am so excited about this event. It will be special and unique, just like the fabulous tweeds and woollens we have in this county.

“I consider myself blessed to be able to live and work in Donegal, as its dramatic and ever-changing landscape provides me with endless inspiration.
“There has been a fabulous reaction to the fact that I reopened my Great Grandmother’s shop here in Bunbeg, and I will be paying tribute to her at the fashion show.
“We will be having some special guests, and the craic will be as wonderful as the fashion. It is a different type of fashion show and will be a real event where guests can really relax and enjoy beautiful food and fashion. We will have some special guests on the night, and I am so happy to be able to support the Irish Lifeboat Association as they do incredible work.
“My ‘Made In Donegal’ collection is my bespoke range, and I really feel it is more than clothing, it is a story. Using authentic Donegal tweed from local weavers, our team of dressmakers craft each garment here in Donegal, keeping tradition alive through modern design.
“It represents our passion, creating true ‘Made in Donegal’ garments that celebrate heritage, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.”
