Unlocked vehicles broken into in Donegal Town area
Cash and personal cards have been stolen in a series of break-ins into unlocked vehicles in the Donegal Town area.
An unlocked car was broken into at a property in the area of Ros Mor, Donegal Town, and an unlocked van was entered in the area of Drumlonagher, Donegal Town.
At Ros Mor, the unlocked car was entered between 7pm on October 27, and midday on October 28, with a black Pull & Bear wallet stolen from within. Th wallet contained a bank card, a driving licence and a small amount of cash.

The second incident of theft at Drumlonagher, happened between 11pm on October 29, and 11am on October 30, an unlocked van was entered and had a substantial amount of cash was stolen from it.
Gardaí issued an appeal regarding the incidents, stating: “If anyone observed any suspicious activity in these areas between the times/dates given or if they can assist with any relevant information, we ask them to contact Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071 9858530.”
