Former Burtonport Health Centre up for sale in December
The former health centre in Burtonport is to be put up sale via public auction in December.
O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers are conducting an online live stream, property auction on Friday, December 5, at 12pm, with the former Burtonport Health Centre having a guide price of €50,000.
According to the auctioneers, “the property is a former health centre, but is now derelict and would need full refurbishment to turn it into a habitable property.”
The former health centre is located across the road from the Burtonport Garda Station, and nearby to the former Cope Supermarket building, which has also been put up for sale in recent months.

The current Burtonport Primary Health Care Centre has been in operation since circa 2019.
Auctioneers have said that potential buyers should familiarise themselves with the auction process before bidding.
