Developers win permission to change Drumroosk Middle site plans
Donegal County Council has granted conditional planning permission to alter plans to a major housing development in Donegal Town.
Dublin-based Sayvale 26 Ltd are the listed applicant for the planned development between the Mill Race Crescent and Railway Park housing estates.
The granted application is to alter/modify the existing permitted three-storey building with eight residential units, to have instead the construction of a two-storey apartment block, with four two-bedroom ground floor apartments, and four two-bedroom first floor apartments, all with their own door access at the ground floor level, along with reconfiguration of the associated car parking.
A total of three conditions were put on the granted application by Donegal County Council, for reasons including preserving the amenities of the area and to cater for orderly development.
