Letterkenny Activity Centre was paid a visit by motorcycle racing icon, Michael Dunlop.
Part of the famed Dunlop family dynasty and the record holder of Isle of Man TT victories, the 36-year-old Dunlop visited Letterkenny Activity Centre to have a go on its go-karting circuit.
A social media post by Letterkenny Activity Centre stated that Dunlop was “an absolute gentleman and a few very happy young fans got to meet him. Legend.”

Ballymoney’s Dunlop derives from a legendary motorcycling racing family, with his uncle Joey, father Robert, and brother William, all acclaimed for their talents on a racing motorbike.
Michael himself is a 33-time Isle of Man TT winner, the most successful TT rider in history, and was the first rider to complete a lap of the Isle of Man TT circuit in under 17 minutes.
He has also achieved 51 podium finishes at the Isle of Man TT and is a 124-time Road Race winner, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest road racers in history.
