Planning sought for extension to Letterkenny’s Value Centre

Value Centre in Letterkenny

Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the extension of a Letterkenny cash and carry store.

Tracklands Investments Ltd, the listed applicant for the application, has submitted an application for the Value Centre, Port Road, Letterkenny, for the construction of an extension to the existing warehouse to provide additional warehouse space, a new chill room and freezer, a new staff welfare and office accommodation, and the extension of an existing truck yard.

Retention permission had also been applied for, for the retention of a single-storey dispatch.

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted planning application for March 9.
