Vacant Bruckless property subject to burglary investigation

Break in occurred at vacant property near Bruckless

A vacant property in Bruckless is the subject of a Gardaí burglary investigation after it was believed to have been illegally entered in January.

The property, located in the area of Ballyloughan, Bruckless, is believed to have been entered via a previously smashed window between Friday, January 9, and Wednesday, January 21.

Furniture was moved around inside the property, and the electric heating was turned up, but nothing is believed to have been stolen from within, and no damage was caused. 

A Gardaí statement read: “We appeal to anyone who may have observed any type of suspicious activity, people or vehicles in that area between those dates or to anyone with any relevant information to get in touch with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.
