Plans submitted for short-term let cabins near Lettermacaward’s McCafferty’s Bar

McCafferty's Bar is a popular pub chain across Donegal

Planning permission from Donegal County Council has been sought for the erection of 10 short-term accommodation cabins, next to a popular West Donegal bar.

McCafferty’s Bar in Lettermacaward is the site where the proposed short-term accommodation cabins would be adjacent to in position.

The listed applicant, Declan Boyle, has applied for the construction of 10 cabins for use as short-term letting accommodation, as well as the erection of a communal facility building to facilitate the occupants of the cabins, connection of the proposed development to the existing wastewater treatment system, and all associated site development works, adjacent to the public house known as McCafferty’s Bar. 

Donegal County Council has set a decision-due date on the submitted planning application for April 6.
