The Allingham Arms Hotel in Bundoran
Donegal County Council has conditionally granted planning permission to Tesla Motors Ireland Ltd to install an electric vehicle charging hub at a Bundoran hotel.
The proposed Tesla Electric Charging Hub is planned for The Allingham Arms Hotel, and will involve the installation of high-power electric vehicle charging points and associated infrastructure consisting of eight electric vehicle charging bays with Tesla illuminated charging units, related signage, and the installation of Tesla supercharger power cabinet equipment.
Included in the successful application was the installation of the proposed Tesla supercharger power cabinet equipment, a proposed modular substation, the erection of associated electric vehicle signage, and all associated site development works.

The Allingham Arms Hotel Limited Group had granted landowner’s consent for Tesla Motors Ireland to apply for planning permission and to develop the electric charging hub on its land.
Donegal County Council granted planning permission for the successful application with three conditions, imposed to define the permission, prevent flooding, and, in the interests of traffic safety.
